Time Limit & Credit Type
Refund requests are applicable only to subscription-based credits and must be submitted within three (3) days of the original purchase date.
Add-on credits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Credit Usage
If more than 100 subscription credits have been used, the purchase is not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time elapsed since the purchase.
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund for subscription credits, please follow the steps below:

Please include your account email address, order number, purchase date, and a brief explanation for your refund request. -
Submit Within the Time Limit:
All refund requests must be submitted within three (3) days of the purchase date.
Please note again that add-on credits are strictly non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that the refunded amount may be subject to a processing fee of up to six percent (6%) of the original payment amount.
