Features are identical — only price differs. Annual saves 40%: Pro is $29 / month on monthly, or about $14.5 / month ($174 / year) on annual.
Switch anytime from creen.ai/subscriptions. Monthly → annual switches immediately (see "How does upgrading work?" for how the charge is prorated). Annual → monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual cycle.
Credits are spent on every generation — cost depends on model, resolution, and duration, and is always shown before you confirm.
Plan credits and Credits Pack credits follow different rules:
- Plan subscription credits — refresh to your plan's monthly allowance every cycle. They don't roll over — any unused credits are replaced when the new cycle starts.REFRESH MONTHLY
- Credits Pack credits — every purchase is added to your balance and never expires. Buying a new Pack on top of an existing balance simply stacks more credits.ACCUMULATE FOREVER
If you have both, plan credits are spent first, then Credits Pack credits — keeping your non-expiring Pack balance intact for as long as possible.
Example: Sam subscribes to Pro on March 7 with 8,000 credits. By April 1 he's used 5,000. On April 7 his balance refreshes to 8,000 (not 11,000) — Plan credits reset, they don't accumulate. Pack credits would have stacked.Credits Pack is a monthly auto-renewing credit subscription, separate from and independent of your plan. Each month it charges your chosen tier and tops up your balance (like all credits on Creen, Pack credits accumulate and never expire).
Base rate is $10 / month for 3,000 credits. Bigger monthly tiers earn a bigger bonus — the higher your monthly commitment, the lower your per-credit price. If you only need credits and don't need a plan's features, subscribing to a Pack alone is the most cost-effective option.

Yes. On top of the pack-size bonus, paid subscribers get a tier-based bonus on every Credits Pack — the higher your subscription tier, the bigger the bonus. Ultra reaches +20% (effectively 20% off all credit top-ups), stacked on the pack-size bonus.
Upgrading takes effect immediately. You're charged the prorated difference between your old and new plan (handled by Stripe automatically), and your new plan's features unlock right away.
Credits are topped up smartly to prevent double-dipping: we add (new plan's monthly allowance) − (credits you've already used this cycle) to your balance.
Example: You're on Pro (8,000 / month) and have used 3,000 this cycle. You upgrade to Max (20,000 / month). We add 20,000 − 3,000 = 17,000 credits to your balance, so your monthly total accounts to Max's full allocation.Your billing date does not change for a tier upgrade — Stripe keeps your current cycle anchor, and the next charge is the new plan's full price.
Switching monthly → annual is the exception: you're charged the annual price minus the monthly fee already paid this cycle (e.g. Pro annual $174 − $29 already paid = $145), and a fresh annual cycle starts — your renewal date moves to one year out.
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep your current plan's full benefits and credits until then. No prorated refund is issued — you're already paying for what you have.
At the next renewal, your subscription automatically switches to the lower plan and starts charging the lower price. Until then, you can cancel the scheduled downgrade anytime from creen.ai/subscriptions.
Manage both at creen.ai/subscriptions. Your plan and Credits Pack are two independent subscriptions — cancel either one alone, or both together; one does not affect the other.
After cancellation:
- Plan subscription — monthly access continues to the end of the current month; annual to the end of the year. After the plan expires, unused plan credits reset to 0 and your account reverts to the free tier.
- Credits Pack — no further charges after the current pack cycle ends; all Pack credits already in your balance stay forever.
Cancel at least 5 days before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Changed your mind? Resubscribe before the cycle ends to keep everything going — no new charge, your current cycle continues uninterrupted.
Different rules for the two credit types:
- Plan subscription credits — unused credits expire when your current cycle ends. The balance resets to 0 and you fall back to the free tier.USE OR LOSE
- Credits Pack credits — never expire. They stay in your balance forever, regardless of plan cancellation, downgrade, or payment lapse.YOURS FOREVER
