Welcome to Creen AI, an artificial intelligence powered content generation platform (the "Service"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service, including any websites, applications, APIs, or related services operated by us.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or who have reached the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Creen AI does not knowingly target or solicit minors. Content involving minors in sexual, violent, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate contexts is strictly prohibited. If we become aware that a user does not meet the applicable age requirement, we may take reasonable steps to restrict access to the Service.

2. Restricted Jurisdictions and Sanctions Compliance

The Service is not available to users located in, or ordinarily resident in, jurisdictions that are subject to international sanctions, export controls, or trade restrictions. This includes, but is not limited to, Mainland China, Cambodia, Iraq, North Korea, and any other region subject to applicable sanctions laws.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such restricted jurisdiction. We reserve the right to block or terminate access where required for legal or compliance reasons.

3. Account Registration and Security

Certain features of the Service require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Description of the Service

Creen AI provides tools that allow users to generate visual, textual, and multimedia content using artificial intelligence models. Outputs are generated based on user inputs and system capabilities and may vary in quality or accuracy.

We do not guarantee that generated content will meet your expectations or be suitable for any specific purpose.

5. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or generate using the Service ("User Content"), subject to the licenses granted under these Terms.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that it complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

6. License to Creen AI

By submitting User Content, you grant Creen AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service, including model optimization and quality assurance.

7. Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, generate, or distribute content that:

• Involves minors in sexual, violent, exploitative, or abusive scenarios
• Depicts extreme or graphic violence intended to cause distress or real-world harm
• Violates applicable laws, regulations, or sanctions
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
• Includes unauthorized face swapping or impersonation
• Contains malware, harmful code, or deceptive practices

Creen AI reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms or poses legal, safety, or reputational risks.

8. Public Content and Visibility

The Service may allow you to publish generated content publicly, including but not limited to community feeds, galleries, or discovery sections ("Public Content").

If you choose to make content public, you grant Creen AI and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, distribute, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit such Public Content for platform operation, promotion, research, and improvement of AI models.

This license survives account termination and applies across current and future media formats.

9. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

Certain features require payment. Prices, billing cycles, and subscription details are presented at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Creen AI does not store full payment card details.

10. Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion in limited circumstances, such as verified technical failures.

11. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for unused time.

12. Promotions and Special Offers

Promotional offers are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the promotion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

13. Privacy and Data Security

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data and payment-related information.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creen AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creen AI, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.
